About Me.
I’m Angela Kallay. I have worked as a full time Realtor since 2005. I made the decision to work full time in real estate and jumped in without looking back. After quitting my job, I completed my pre-license real estate classes in two weeks and started full time the next day. I had no choice but to make it work.
In the following years, I bought a real estate brokerage and have been leading and teaching Realtors ever since. I have taken all that I have learned in that time and formulated systems to guide other aspiring Realtors. I am inspired to take out the guessing games so that others can realize their full potential and live the life they dream of.
I have a Bachelor degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison which I completed in 2003. My husband and I have been married since 2004 and we have 2 sons and a daughter. It was a joint decision for me to end the structure of a salaried position shortly after we got married and instead do what I truly enjoy! My passion for real estate led me to my career choice.
I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Past President of the Women’s Council of Realtors Metro Milwaukee Network, obtained designations as an Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, Performance Management Network and Resort and Second Home Property Specialist.
I am excited to now use that specialization to work with buyers searching for a second home or short term vacation rental investment in southwest Florida!

In 2022 I entered a joint venture with my sister and my best friend to buy a travel franchise and help others design their dream vacations! We don’t work this hard to not be able to live out our dreams! Whether you’re putting down roots in your career or spreading your wings to travel the world, I am here for it!
I bought my real estate brokerage in 2010 called Benefit Realty. In addition to my real estate brokerage, I formed a title company in 202 that I subsequently sold but continue to work with as a trusted partner.
In 2024, I affiliated with Century 21 to level up my offerings to my agents and my clients. Through this partnership the access our team now has to technology and resources is unmatched. Being more efficient in your business is where it’s at, and this is a big part of it now for our agents!
In an effort to share and inspire other working moms I have created a podcast called “The Balancing Fact” and most recently, I have taken the systems I have created to publish a guide for other aspiring Realtors and written a book called Sell Homes Full Time.
